Shipping Policy
 

  • Orders placed by 3pm CST will be shipped the same day.

  • Orders received after 3pm will be shipped the following business day.

  • Shipping charges are as follows:

    • Orders under $250: Ground service: $4.99

    • Orders above $250: Ground service: Free

  • COD is not available on first time orders over $1,000

  • Upgraded shipping available for an additional charge

Return Policy
 

Return prior authorization number (RPAN) and proof of purchase are required for all returns. Only unopened items returned with RPAN and proof of purchase will be accepted. All barcodes on product labels must be intact. Products with labels that have been altered in any way are non-returnable. VitaMeds, in its sole discretion, will either replace or provide a credit for all products accepted as returns. Return authorizations must be made within 14 days of delivery. Note: Receiving an incorrect item does not include receiving a product that was purchased by mistake.

If you received a package that has been damaged, please save the original box and all of the contents.  Return prior authorization number (RPAN) and proof of purchase are required. Claims for defective or damaged products must be made within 14 days of receipt of product(s).

 

Please note: Packages that are received without approval will be returned to the sender. We do not assume responsibility for lost or misdirected returns. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

 

Please email customer service at support@vitamedapp.com for return prior authorization numbers (RPAN) or call our Customer Service department at 800-453-7287 with the product name, lot number and number of bottles you wish to return. Return requests will be reviewed and processed.
